LeadFORWARD is PLS’ advanced leadership development course designed for the top leaders and executives in CNY and beyond. The course consists of 1 year of executive coaching from one of PLS’ Master-Certified Coaches, 3 mini-retreats where participants will gather to discuss leadership challenges, successes, and related experiences. The retreats will also utilize immersion training techniques to introduce leading edge high-level leadership concepts and their application.

Those willing to commit to participate in the course will be assessed in the four areas of leadership intelligence: physical renewal (PQ), intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ). In order to become truly transformational as an individual and also as an organization, a leader must be willing to embrace their strengths and
weaknesses in all areas of the leadership intelligence.

As the details and structure of this course are finalized, we will continue to update this page and reach out to individuals and organizations in our community and beyond who are interested and willing in becoming truly transformational leaders.
