I believe that my success will be defined by differentiating myself from the crowd and I am excited to return to Syracuse, to help lead and inspire the next generation of Central New York Business Leaders. I grew up in Syracuse, but I moved away to attend college in New Jersey where I graduated in 2010 from Princeton University with a degree in Psychology.

As a local high school athlete I earned multiple State Championships, All-American honors and competed at prestigious meets like the Millrose Games in Madison Square Garden.  One shared component in all my achievements thus far as been the influence of expert coaching from my parents, track coaches, and other role models. I recognize the significance of great coaching to help me reach or exceed my own potential and I am committed to helping others surpass their own goals and expectations.

During my four years at Princeton, I was involved in a number of different activities and leadership roles as a student-athlete, residential advisor, and manager of the most successful campus-run business. In the summer before my senior year, I traveled to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, where I volunteered to help organize and host summer camps for orphans. I have a strong desire to help others, and to give back to the community that helped me succeed at one of the most challenging and prestigious universities in the world. My decision to major in psychology was based on my own curiosity to understand other people, as well as my belief that the human element is the most influential driving force behind every business and organization.

Since joining Productivity Leadership Systems I have also signed on as an Assistant Coach for my former high school track team, where I can apply my competitive running experiences while gaining hands-on, practical knowledge of what it takes to be a great coach. What I may lack in experience, I compensate for with a strong personal drive and thirst for knowledge that I believe will help me reach my goals.

In the near future, I plan to pursue an MBA from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and also my Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation, which will allow me to begin working with local business leaders and college graduates to effectively grow the businesses, but more importantly the people, that make up Central New York.
