Our Mission
PLS is the premier provider of Executive Coaching and Leadership Training in CNY. PLS also contributes positively to the revitalization of this region by bridging the gap between individual and organizational success.
Our People
Our people are passionate about change and have impacted businesses at all levels. Every Productivity Leadership Systems consultant is carefully selected for his or her expertise, professionalism and, above all, integrity.
Our consultants will create a learning contract with participants from your organization, setting out the objectives, measures, and milestones. Throughout the engagement, a Productivity Leadership Systems relationship manager will remain in contact with your organization to ensure that your expectations are being fully met.
Our Approach
Our coaching philosophy underlies all of our Leadership Development efforts. We believe that Leadership Development is the bridge between organizational development and individual development. Change in thinking and behavior at the leadership level will drive change in thinking and behavior at both the organizational and individual level.
People often have deeply ingrained beliefs and habit patterns that have got them to where they are now. In order to take their leadership and the organization to the next level, those beliefs and habits may need to be changed, modified, or enhanced. The process of coaching expands awareness, allowing old patterns to be identified. It then expands opportunities, encouraging new patterns to emerge.
Whether we are consulting, training, or delivering any of the other services that we offer, it is our coaching expertise that serves as the foundation for supporting your move towards intentional change.
